We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a permanent part-time Specialist Learning Assistant.

Located on the beautiful Hibiscus Coast of Auckland, KingsWay is a high achieving, growing, state integrated Christian school catering for Year 1-13 students, with a current roll of 2000 students.  Our staff are supportive and collaborative, and our work is inspired by love/aroha, heartened by faith/whakapono in Jesus Christ, and motivated by gospel hope/tumanako. 

About the job

As a Specialist Learning Assistant, you will be joining a passionate and committed group of staff, working to support our students with a diverse range of learning and behaviour needs. Based across both our Junior and Senior Campuses, the role is between 20-25 hours per week (negotiable), term-time only.

• Excellent with communication and organisational skills

• Willing to learn new skills
  


• Experienced in supporting complex learning and behaviour needs (advantageous)
