Store Manager - Immediate Start - Part-Time

Part-time opportunity: Monday-Friday, 30 hours per week,  in our distinctive gift store featuring works by talented NZ artists and creatives.

Job Description: As the Store Manager, you will be the heart of our gift store, overseeing all aspects of operations while fostering a customer-centric environment. Your primary focus will be on delivering unparalleled customer service, driving sales, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for customers and staff.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve excellent customer service standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Manage inventory levels, product displays, and store aesthetics to ensure an engaging shopping experience.
• Implement and monitor store policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive sales and meet store targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions and special events.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety within the store.
