Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Training and Development Assistant to support the delivery of our range of training and development initiatives, which we call the Kilmarnock Employment Pathways Programme (EPP). The EPP covers our pre-employment, employment, health and safety, health and wellbeing, on-the-job and formal training initiatives and transition support services. Our programme is designed to provide a comprehensive support and development pathway for people with an intellectual disability.
Reporting to the HR, Wellness, & Training Manager, our Training and Development Assistant will work closely with our employees and supervisors to support the implementation and ongoing review of our EPP initiatives. You will also support our management team with a variety of administration tasks. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in human resources, training and development, or disability services and who is passionate about empowering people with intellectual disabilities.
