We’re looking for a Workflow Administrator to work closely with our team and manage all aspects of our client workflow. 

 

About the role:

As the workflow administrator, you will play a key role in optimising our internal processes and ensuring the efficient flow of work throughout the organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing the assignment and completion of tasks, managing deadlines, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity and quality.

Role Responsibilities

  • Allocation of jobs to team members based on skill level, workload, and deadlines.
  • Working with our offshore team to mange the flow of information to them and facilitating the completion of compliance work by them.
  • Develop and implement workflow procedures as required to improve efficiency and accuracy in our accounting processes.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in workflows and propose solutions for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline communication and coordination.
  • Contributing positively to the culture of DM & Co and working with others toward team goals.
  • Building lasting relationships with clients.

 

About you:

We’re looking for someone with a friendly and engaging style who can work with and relate to people at all levels and who will work well with our team.  You’re organised yet adaptable, have exceptional attention to detail and can keep sensitive information confidential.  Our ideal candidate will be someone who is:

  • Tech savvy and has experience working with Xero and the MS Office Suite.
  • Driven, results orientated and takes ownership of tasks.
  • Efficient, responsive, and proactively takes initiative. 
  • Exceptional at building relationships with clients and our team.
  • A strong communicator on all fronts.
  • Proven experience in workflow administration, preferably in an accounting or financial services environment.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and delegate effectively.
  • Experience in Accounting and the preparation of Financial Statements preferred.
