Business Development Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a motivated and passionate Business Development Associate to join our team on a remote part-time basis in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level role, we require at least 4 years of experience in business development or a related field. The successful candidate will possess excellent presentation and problem-solving skills, as well as a track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies.

Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue - Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners - Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative solutions for clients - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies - Create and deliver engaging presentations to key stakeholders - Monitor and report on sales performance and key metrics - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in business development or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Motivated and passionate about driving business growth
