Remote Business Development Associate

Job Description:

CHS is seeking a talented and motivated Remote Business Development Associate to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a part-time Associate level position, the Remote Business Development Associate will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in business development and possess a strong passion for driving sales and building relationships.

Responsibilities: - Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and networking - Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to generate leads and secure new business - Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies - Conduct presentations and pitches to promote company products and services - Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities - Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress to the management team - Assist in developing marketing materials and campaigns to support business development efforts

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven track record in business development and sales - Energetic and dedicated personality with a passion for achieving targets - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and ability to work independently - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Experience in remote work and virtual communication tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
