Business Development Associate

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team at Jarden in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a part-time Associate, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through innovative strategies and project management. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a high level of energy and dedication to their work.

Responsibilities: - Research and identify new business opportunities - Develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base - Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to recommend improvements

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field - 3+ years of experience in business development or sales - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Strong project management and innovation skills - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
