Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Ingredion is seeking a driven and energetic Business Development Associate to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business strategies - Create and deliver presentations to potential clients - Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth - Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns - Provide input on product development and pricing strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 2+ years of experience in business development or sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Innovative thinking and emotional intelligence - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
