Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Performance Food Group is seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Business Development Associate will play a key role in driving business growth and development for the company.

Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients and customers - Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development plans - Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients - Track and analyze sales performance metrics to assess effectiveness of business development strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in business development or a related field - Adaptable and motivated personality traits - Strong decision-making and time management skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
