Business Development Associate

Essendant is seeking a part-time Business Development Associate to join our team in Auckland, NZ. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is ideal for independent, hardworking individuals who possess strong people management and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking - Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners - Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic business plans - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or related field - 1+ years of experience in business development or sales - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
