Remote Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Ross Stores is seeking a Remote Business Development Associate to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. This role requires a high level of resilience and confidence, as well as strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Identify potential new business opportunities through market research and networking - Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales and revenue growth - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential threats and opportunities - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase the company's products and services - Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of business development efforts

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales role - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth - Strong analytical and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Resilient and confident attitude
