Remote Business Development Associate

Job Description:

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a talented and ambitious Remote Business Development Associate to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business through strategic partnerships and relationship building.

Responsibilities: - Identify and reach out to potential clients to promote our products and services - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for expansion - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation - Assist in the development of proposals and presentations for potential clients - Track and report on sales activities and results - Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis - Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and passionate about driving business growth - Persuasion skills and ability to influence decision-makers
