Job Description:
Burlington Stores, a leading retail company, is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join our team in Auckland, NZ. This is a part-time position with a focus on driving business growth and expanding our market presence. As a Business Development Associate, you will work remotely from home and play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends - Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target companies - Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored pitches and presentations for prospective clients - Track and analyze sales and business development metrics to measure success and make data-driven decisions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in business development or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Dedicated and resilient mindset with a passion for driving business growth - Ability to think innovatively and strategically plan to achieve business objectives - Experience working in a remote environment is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
