Business Development Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Navistar International is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join our team. This is a part-time remote position based in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development initiatives for the company.

Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships - Develop and implement strategic business plans to increase revenue - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development activities - Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess progress towards sales targets - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in business development or a related field - Hardworking and driven personality traits - Strong problem-solving and research skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
