Job Description:
Re-Leased, a leading property management software company, is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work from home position based in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our market reach.
Responsibilities: - Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target organizations - Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold calls, emails, and networking - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends - Assist in the development of strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets - Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions for clients - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress towards targets
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 2+ years of experience in business development or sales role - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Resilient and hardworking personality traits - Project management and strategic planning skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
