Online Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Honeywell International is seeking a part-time Online Business Development Associate to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in business development or a related field. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, motivated, and possesses strong communication and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online business development strategies to drive growth and increase revenue for the company. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. - Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through effective communication and follow-up. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of online sales channels and recommend improvements for optimization. - Assist in the organization and execution of online events, webinars, and other promotional activities. - Support the development of online training programs for internal staff and external partners.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in business development, digital marketing, or e-commerce. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience with online sales platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
