Online Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Ashland is currently seeking a part-time Online Business Development Associate to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to grow Ashland's online business presence. 2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital space. 3. Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders. 4. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors. 5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals. 6. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients. 7. Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and vendors. 8. Monitor and analyze online sales performance metrics.

Requirements: 1. Independent and driven personality traits. 2. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. 3. Proven experience in business development or sales. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
