Online Business Development Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a proficient Online Business Development Associate to join our team at Motorola Solutions in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level position, this role requires at least 4 years of relevant experience in business development. The ideal candidate will possess a confident and resilient personality, with strong soft skills in people management and critical thinking.

Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities through online channels - Research and analyze market trends to identify potential growth areas - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets - Create strategic plans and marketing campaigns to attract new customers - Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in online business development and sales - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of online marketing strategies and techniques - Excellent time management and organizational skills
