Project Manager

Requirements and Experience:
 

• Professional graduate Systems Engineering, Computer or related careers.
• Fluent English language both spoken and written
• Master of Business Administration or Project Evaluation (desirable)
• Certification of PMP projects or similar (desirable)
• At least 5 years experience in project management.
• At least 1 year (of the previous ones) managing software projects. 1 year (of the previous ones)
• managing insurance projects (desirable)

Responsibilities:
 

• To represent the company to the client by maintaining close communication with the company and theclient.
• Execute the delegated project ensuring that our working methodology and the provisions of the contract are always followed, leading the Axxis team and the customer team.
• Identify and manage the scope of the project, divide it into homogeneous granularity tasks, assign it according to skills and insert it into the work tool.
• Plan all project tasks in iterations to meet the deadline assuming a speed by recourse.
• Monitor work pace and check plan speed assumptions and react early in case of diversion under budgetary constraints.
• Ensure that activities undertaken are part of the budget and phase and do not increase their and adhere to the writing at earlier stages of the methodology.
• Monitor the project payment plan and warn of risks of default or problems with project treasury.
• Periodically inform the client and Axxis of the status according to the established formats.
• Justify and negotiate changes, proposing alternative plans that are feasible in terms of time, scope and budget.
• Train and guide the client in our methodology and project management, specifically in the triple restriction.
