Job Description

To provide logistics management and support by facilitating the receiving and storing, moving and shipping of supplies, stock and materials, effectively managing the timely flow of order processing.

Stock Management

• Place orders of new spare parts for all clients and maintain an effective flow of inbound and outbound shipments
• Manage all logistics of faulty parts between CNS and clients

Asset Management

• Coordinate with engineers for all ATM installations
• Prepare logistical documents for repaired ATM’s 
• Provide and follow up on quotations given to customers on ATM transportation
• Coordinate with transporters for delivery, installations and de-installation of ATMs.
• Create and follow-up on engineer schedules
• Coordinate with account managers and stores on placed orders, delivery dates ensuring the proper documentation is in place
• Maintain database of all orders in coordination with account managers and service departments for product delivery

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Higher.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role. 
• Individual contributor to work effectively as a team member and support CNS logistical operations
• Regularly makes decisions and takes independent action on matters related to logistics while in coordination with senior management
