Take Your Hiring to the Next Level Identify and prospect potential clients in the construction industry, including developers, contractors, architects, and consultants. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients through regular communication and follow-ups. Understand client needs and requirements, and propose customised solutions to meet their objectives. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients. Negotiate contract terms and conditions, pricing, and payment terms to secure profitable deals. Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and engineers, to ensure seamless project handover and client satisfaction. Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
