A little taste of your day-to-day Every day is different, but you'll mostly be: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to effectively target markets and drive revenue growth. Identify new business opportunities and create compelling sales proposals to secure new accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a dedicated point of contact for all their needs. Conduct site visits, negotiate contracts, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process. Collaborate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of events, meetings, and special requests. Stay on top of industry trends and competitor analysis to proactively identify market opportunities and develop innovative sales strategies. What do we need from you? Proven track record in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry. Superb communication and interpersonal skills to effortlessly connect with clients and team members. Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals and drive revenue. Ability to think outside the box and create unique offerings tailored to different client needs. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track progress and maintain client databases. Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed.
