Building Electrician

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Building Electrician for a reputed company in Oman. The ideal candidate should have hands -on experience in electrical wiring, installation, maintenance, and repair of residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. Candidates must hold a relevant Diploma certificate and have strong practical knowledge of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical wiring and installation for new and existing buildings.
  
• Install electrical panels, switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, and wiring systems.
  
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems.
  
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently.
  
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
  
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and company procedures.
  
• Inspect and test electrical installations to ensure proper functioning.
  
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and clean condition.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Building Electrician.
  
• Diploma/ITI in Electrical or a relevant trade is mandatory.
  
• Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  
• Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial building projects.
  
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
  
• Basic English communication skills.
  
• Physically fit and willing to work in Oman.
