Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic evaluations, reviewing patient medical histories and recommending tailored anesthesia protocols.
• Administer anesthesia with precision and care, continuously monitoring patients' vital signs and responses throughout surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to address challenges and ensure seamless perioperative care.
• Manage post-anesthesia care, focusing on patient recovery, pain management, and monitoring for potential complications.
• Engage in ongoing education and adherence to best practices in anesthesiology, staying current with industry advancements.
• Contribute to departmental quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient safety and anesthesia practices.
• Mentor and support junior staff and residents in anesthesia procedures and protocols.

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of an accredited residency program in Anesthesiology.
• Board certification in Anesthesiology is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Consultant Anesthesiologist role.
• In-depth knowledge of diverse anesthesia techniques, practices, and technology.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills for effective decision-making.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
