Position: IT Product Sales Representative

Location: Muscat, Oman

About Us: We are a start-up company involved in IT Product development. Our newest offering is a cutting-edge leasing product designed to streamline operations and enhance efficiency for real estate property management companies. With an integrated Facilities Management Module, our product offers comprehensive solutions for leasing and property management needs.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target real estate property management companies involved in leasing and renting various properties, including houses, commercial spaces, villas, flats, warehouses, office spaces, and retail spaces.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate the market and drive product adoption.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within targeted companies.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our leasing product, highlighting its value proposition and competitive advantages.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives within specified timelines.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in IT product sales with atleast 5 yrs of experience, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dynamic and enthusiastic personality with a passion for technology and innovation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO300.000 - RO450.000 per month
