Job Description - Sales Operations Manager - Oman

We’re seeking a Sales operations Manager in Oman. Based from our offices in Muscat, you will play a instrumental role in supporting our sales strategy and execution across Oman, developing strategic customer plans, insights in accelerating growth. This role reports to the Head of Sales, Oman.


 


How will you make an impact in this role…


This is a support function in strategic planning and executions to drive our sales in our Oman operations, focusing across our retail channel , your key responsibilities and impact areas will be:


 



  • Support strategic planning by building effective GTM and route‑to‑market plans that maximize coverage, availability, and visibility.

  • Define territories and incentive structures that align sales reps’ performance with business objectives.

  • Track and analyses key sales KPIs, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities to drive performance.

  • Maintain accurate CRM data and develop dashboards and reporting tools for commercial visibility.

  • Manage and optimize Arla chiller deployment to ensure assets support visibility and sales goals.

  • Enhance sales force effectiveness by streamlining processes, supporting onboarding, resolving field issues, and collaborating cross‑functionally (S&OP, Supply Chain, Finance, Trade Marketing, Pricing, IT) to enable execution excellence.

  • Drive value based KPIs that measure execution quality and highlight opportunities for operational improvement


 


Competencies we are looking for…


The successful candidate must possess a blend of strategic planning expertise and hands-on operational excellence:



  • Sales Operations Mastery: Minimum of 5+ years in sales support function role within Oman or in GCC Region.

  • Retail Proficiency: Hands-on experience negotiation processes, competition and consumer understanding.

  • Business Acumen: Strong proficiency in category management, budget working, analysing Promo spends.

  • Collaboration: This role requires strong collaborative working with the Sales team and all key cross‑functional partners to ensure aligned planning and seamless execution

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related discipline.
