Role Title: Sales Representative
The Sale Representative is responsible for meeting monthly personal and team targets as set by the Management. You will be responsible for generating leads with new and old contacts, resolve no-show or cancelled appointments, and hold after sales sessions to general renewals and referrals.
A key part of this role will involve you providing personalized course advice catered specifically towards the needs and requirements of each individual student. Part of your sales targets this role, will involve you converting these enquiries and leads into actual customers. You will be responsible for following up with the student’s progress and to book renewal appointment with students coming to the end of their study program.
The key to this role is balancing your drive to produce sales results, providing excellent customer service, whilst providing a personalized approach, so student’s expectations and corporate sales targets are met consecutively.
Role Responsibilities:
- Ensure all KPIs are met concerning sales targets, student support and after care.
- Manage your diary, to ensure that all necessary phone calls and appointments are carried out within the required timeframes. This will involves;
- Book first appointments to ensure that contract closing ratios are met
- Book second appointments if necessary, to complete the sales cycle
- Book renewal appointments as students start to reach the end of their current course
- Booking review appointments with current students to ensure course satisfactory
- Working with potential customers to design a study package to suit their specific requirements.
- Acting as a liaison between Student and the Service team once a study program has been agreed.
- Ensure contracts are processed in a correct and timely manner.
- Hold systematic first lesson, first encounter, end of level and center event interviews with your clients in accordance with the Client Fidelity Plan.
- Update the sales CRM in and accurate and reliable manner to ensure good contact management
- Deal with any issues or problems that may arise and ensure these are resolved in a timely manor.
- Providing reports that should include data, statistics, your activities and sales progress for the week and/or month and predicted, accurate sales forecasts to the Sales Manager
- Attend meetings with Sales and Service team as and when required
- Participate in marketing activities for the business, including trade fairs, promotion stands, visiting companies and any other marketing activities as and when required by the center.
- Any other responsibilities as required by the center.
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- MUST speak Arabic (native) with a good command of English Language.
- MUST HAVE previous sales experience
- An understanding of core sales principles: sales pipeline, forecasts, planning and techniques.
- An Excellent communicator both face-to-face and over the phone to gain the customer trust.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting targets.
- Customer service focused with the ability to think outside the box and give good and sound solutions.
Nice to have:
- Previous sales experience within an educational field.
- Professional sales qualification, or degree in Business/Marketing.
- Driver license and preferably own car.
