Job Description

Responsibilities:

4) Assist in the design and implementation of data collection processes, ensuring data
accuracy and integrity.
5) Apply statistical analysis techniques to identify correlations, trends, and potential areas
for improvement or growth.
6) Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders
on progress towards goals and objectives.
7) Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through
data analysis.
8) Develop and maintain documentation related to data processes, methodologies, and
best practices.
9) Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques in data analytics to ensure
the continuous improvement of the company's analytical capabilities.
10) Assist in developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to
improve customer experience, predict customer behavior, and optimize marketing
strategies.
11) Regularly conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking, using data insights to identify
areas of opportunity and improvement within the food aggregator market.
12) Collaborate with the technology team to improve data integration, automation, and
storage systems, ensuring efficient data access and processing.
13) Foster a data-driven culture within the organization by providing training and support to
colleagues in the use of data tools, techniques, and best practices.
14) Actively participate in cross-functional meetings and projects, providing data-driven
insights and recommendations to help guide strategic initiatives and decision-making.
