Performance Reporting and Analysis
Responsible for optimizing our Sales performance reporting structure and processes.
Optimize our KPI dashboard with continuous flow of data.
Synthesize performance trends and business performance
Identify and highlight opportunities for performance improvement.
Develop reporting material in a succinct, visual manner.
Responsible in managing & execution for special projects
Analytical support for various forums
Drive strategic analysis and provide recommendations for ad hoc requests.
Inputting performance forecasts and targets for business cases through scenario modelling
Develop joint business plans to support the sales team
Deliver unbiased insights to improve Sales performance.
Building a performance focused culture
Work with Sales teams (Sales Acquisition, Account Management and Sales Support) to ensure that the right KPIs and targets have been set with continuous monitoring.
Making sure that a focus on outcomes and performance are integrated into everything we do.
Propose product enhancements to improve experience
Uncover insights and opportunities and translate them into product enhancements to improve Sales
Qualifications

● Have (preferably) a successful experience in a solid consulting firm
● Have at least 3 years of working experience
● Is excited by the thought of joining our team
● Excellent communicator and collaborator at all levels
● Expert Powerpoint and Excel skills
● Back up your opinions with data and clear well-structured cases.
● Strong analytical skills
● You are execution-focused and have a proven record of success in complex environments
● Results-driven, high-performing, high-quality work attitude
● You have a high threshold for ambiguity and maintain a professional demeanour under pressure
