• Rate: $7 - $8 USD per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a high-level Executive & Marketing Assistant to serve as the structural backbone for a world-renowned women’s mentor and thought leader. With a 20-year legacy in personal development, film production, and energetics, the founder is currently "birthing" a new expression of her work.

This is a foundational hire for 2026. Your mission is to help rebuild the digital architecture—funnels, newsletters, and social presence—that allows the founder to empower women to lead "turned-on lives" and connect with their divine feminine. You aren’t just managing tasks; you are building the container for a mission-driven business dedicated to feminine empowerment and ending violence against women.

Key Responsibilities

1. Kartra Architect & Systems Management

• End-to-End Funnels: Building lead-generation "Assessments," including backend portal creation, log-in credentialing, and logic-based redirections (e.g., if a user gets 'Result A', they are redirected to a specific podcast or call).

• Web & Email Infrastructure: Designing high-converting webpages, setting up digital products, and building monthly newsletters within Kartra.

• Email Automation: Queuing and managing monthly email sequences and freebie delivery.

2. Marketing, Social Media & SEO

• Social Growth: Managing Instagram and FB Business Page posting—overseeing strategy, content creation, editing, and engagement.

• YouTube Branding: Building a consistent presence on YouTube through SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and tag management.

• Visual Design: Crafting high-vibe banners and graphics using Canva.

• Community Sync: Managing the "Wisdom Wednesday" Telegram broadcast channel (queueing and posting provided content).

3. Data Analytics & Executive Admin

• Insights & Solutions: Building sophisticated spreadsheets to track Kartra, newsletter, and social media analytics. You must be able to interpret this data to propose strategic solutions.

• Public-Facing Admin: Backend Zoom management for public calls (setup, attendee monitoring, and reporting).

• Podcast Production: Managing the backend of the podcast (currently on hiatus) from audio uploading to drafting show notes.

Non-Negotiables

• Kartra Mastery: You must be highly skilled in Kartra. We are building complex portals and logic-based funnels that require expert-level knowledge.

• Energetic Alignment: You must be open to Astrology and Energetics. Our work is rooted in cosmic timing and empowerment; you should feel comfortable working within this framework.
