Our client is defined as an economic conglomeration with a presence in multiple industries, which seeks generation of new businesses, with a long-term projection.

Reporting to the Senior Directorer, your principal functions will be:

• Development and generation of new businesses in Peru and others Latin American markets.
• Generation of new business for the recently made investment, within the Health and Logistics industry.
• Market analysis, analyzing financial statements, reviewing complex financial projection models, preliminary valuation analysis (CF approach, market approach) and preparation of presentation materials.
• Preparation of presentations for Management.
• Assists in the execution of projects that are approved: diligence process, structuring, documentation, negotiation, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing and/or similar, with at least 5 years of experience in the commercial area.
• Experience in the financial sector, desirable boutique banking.
• Management of technological tools: business intelligence, power BI, mastery of technological tools
• Belong to a leading company in its sector.
