We're looking for a talented Sales Development Representative based anywhere in Latin America to join our energetic team. This position could kickstart an amazing sales career for you and is crucial for Scalers' ongoing success and expansion in Latin America, the US and Canada. We're seeking outstanding sales professionals who will play a key role in driving new business growth for our sales team. *This is a 100% remote and commission-based role* Tasks Research, identify, and engage leads through outbound prospecting activities. Build LinkedIn outreach sequences and execute cold calls to penetrate accounts. Conduct discovery meetings with C-Suite executives to qualify them. Follow up persistently with leads until meetings are secured. Maintain accurate information on prospects and activities in our CRM (HubSpot). Be an ambassador of our brand, focused on building an exceptional customer experience. Create a positive team environment that fosters enthusiasm and energy. Requirements Proficient in English (written and spoken). Past business experience in B2B sales. Availability for weekly team and 1:1 meetings. Passionate about starting or moving forward in a consultative sales career. An attitude of "Can Do" and a drive to succeed, fueled by a hunger for achievement and a proactive approach to excel.
