• Conduct regular check-ins to evaluate employee satisfaction and address any challenges or concerns.
• Lead investigations into incidents, producing detailed reports and implementing preventive measures.
• Maintain precise records and effective communication channels, including preparing and distributing HR announcements and managing document requests.
