Partnerships Marketing Manager - Peru

An important financial service company is seeking a Partnerships Marketing Manager to join their team in Peru. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with investment brokers and possess in-depth knowledge of the Peruvian investment and financial industry. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, particularly through collaborations with influencers, affiliates, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnership Development:
• Cultivate and manage relationships with investment brokers, influencers, and popular figures in finance, investment, and economics.
• Develop long-term partnerships with influencer agencies and affiliates.
• Engage with websites and information portals related to investment, economic, and financial topics.
• Content Creation:
• Prepare scripts for video materials including short (shorts, reels, TikTok) and long-form content, especially collaborating with influencers or agencies.
• Create and manage content related to investments and finance topics across various media platforms.
• Willingness to perform in video materials and present at live seminars is highly desirable.
• Digital Marketing:
• Utilize social media platforms commonly used in Peru to execute marketing campaigns.
• Leverage paid internet marketing tools to enhance outreach and engagement.
• Apply basic SEO principles and use SEO analysis tools to optimize content visibility.
• Strategy and Team Management:
• Develop innovative marketing strategies tailored to the Peruvian market.
• Lead and manage a marketing or sales team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Ensure high standards of communication and discipline within the team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial and investment industry.

• Profound knowledge of the Peruvian financial markets and investment landscape.
• Extensive experience in working with investment brokers of all kinds.
• Strong understanding of social media, especially in the Peruvian context.
• Deep familiarity with influencers and agencies within the Peruvian investment and financial sectors.
• Experience with affiliate marketing and maintaining affiliate relationships.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEO analysis tools.
• Proven ability to create a variety of investment and finance-related content.
• Advanced level of English proficiency.
• High self-discipline, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
