Responsabilidades
Understand the customers needs, ask a set of qualifying questions, address any questions, and position our value to solve their needs so that they chose us over the alternatives. Demonstrate accurate and professional customer service on time. Maintain a professional attitude and represent the company in a positive way. Demonstrate proper knowledge and use of the department's resources, policies and procedures. Maintain acceptable interaction times by call and email, while remaining friendly and informative. Maintain productivity and quality standards. Actively seek solutions and identify trends for the right staff, including possible solutions or suggestions. Demonstrate the appropriate sense of urgency for customer responses.
Requisitos
What are we looking for:
Being over 18 years old (Must have a valid DNI or C.E) High school graduate (Must present diploma or certificate) At least 3 months customer service experience. English Level: Advanced Available to work in our site of Miraflores . Available to work 48 hours a week ( Monday-Sunday between 08AM to 10P.M ) | 2 days off Comfortable to work with digital platforms
