The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Master our booking systems and understand the intricacies of scheduling clients across different states, ensuring no overbooking occurs.
- Process client payments efficiently, including obtaining and authorizing credit card details.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing comprehensive information about our services to potential clients.
- Schedule consultations for specialized services such as weight loss, connecting clients with nurse practitioners as necessary.
- Perform administrative duties and maintain client records with precision and confidentiality.
- Manage customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up, utilizing CRM tools to track interactions (training provided).
