Skills and Experience we desire

Bachelor degree in Business or related area (or equivalent experience).

8+ yrs. In an analyst/technical role

Advanced knowledge and use of Excel and MS Office products.

Strong functional knowledge of Human Resources business processes.

Experience developing and executing test scripts for various system changes such as implementations, enhancements, upgrades, etc.

Extensive knowledge of report writing and ability to create reports.

Experience with Workday is required

Global HR experience preferred.

Knowledge of global data protection laws a plus.

Maintains in-depth knowledge of HR systems and functions.

Support configuration in Workday of Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time TrackingCreate new and modify existing Workday reports based on business requirements

Provides statistical analysis and interpretation of report data as required.

Develop and execute an end-user training plan and coordinate key roll-out activitiesHands on experience in EIBs, Connector and/or Studio would be a plus.

Serve as subject matter expert to business end-users, addressing user questions and troubleshooting issuesAssess new Workday releases for changes that will impact current business processes.

Evaluate new features/functions for rollout to end-users and recommend solutions/alternativesto mitigate business risk relative to these changes

Work with team to fully test and QA new Workday releases

Provide production Tier 3 support including analysis and troubleshooting of issues related to configuration, business process, integrations, data or other systems issues.

Ensure that defined application controls are maintained and followed

Identify and implement ideas for improving processes and methodologies, particularly where new features in the Workday can be used to improve current processes

Liaise with business end-users to translate business needs into requirements and recommend appropriate configurations, business rules, and business process workflows in the Workday tenant and supporting applications

Independent judgment and strong initiative combined with the ability to collaborate in a team environment

Coordinates testing to ensure that interrelated data and processes are thoroughly tested. Ensure proper testing is completed so required specifications are met with efficient, accurate and quality information.

Utilizes Excel and other applications to manipulate, analyze and logically present data to end users at many levels of the organizations

Investigate and resolve interface issues between third party vendors and internal systems
