Key Responsibilities:

• Manage regional offices within assigned territory.
• Drive market promotions, brand awareness, and product introduction in the respective region.
• Monitor, track, and periodically analyze market information and dynamics within the region; prepare and submit market analysis reports and work summaries.
• Develop, expand, and maintain relationships with regional government agencies, clients, partners, consulates, etc.
• Assist the headquarters in tender document preparation and proposal creation, gather intelligence on client and competitor activities for strategic decision-making, and support contract negotiation, signing, and handover processes.
• Provide support to projects being executed within the region.
• Undertake other tasks assigned by the headquarters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
• At least 5 years of work experience in the Latin American market.
• Background in the rail transportation industry is a plus.
• Proven experience in leading and developing large projects and major clients.
• Willingness to reside and work within the Latin American region.
• Able to communicate in Chinese and Spanish fluently.
