Azure /Biztalk Application Integration Developer

• Design and develop Azure Integration solutions (Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIM, Functions) and BizTalk/EAI code.
  
• Collaborate with Data Analysts on physical model designs for star schemas.
  
• Work with QA teams to ensure testing completion and quality standards.
  
• Plan, manage, and execute multiple development projects simultaneously.
  
• Resolve production issues efficiently and ensure timely delivery.
  
• Prepare Technical Design Documents and other SDLC documentation.
  
• Provide technical direction, training, and mentorship to junior developers.
  
• Assist in migration of BizTalk interfaces to Azure services where applicable.
  

Requirements

• Design and develop complex integration solutions using:
  Azure Integration Services
  Azure Logic Apps
  Azure API Management (APIM)
  Azure Service Bus
  Azure Functions
  Other Azure services as needed
• Strong understanding of Azure databases and Storage Accounts.
  
• Hands -on experience with Microsoft BizTalk (preferred for migration projects).
  
• Knowledge of IBM DataStage or similar ETL processing tools.
  
• 3+ years handling large XML files using XML stages/Pack for real -time and batch processing.
  
• 5+ years experience with SQL against relational databases (MS SQL Server 2008+), including complex queries and optimizing ETL coding.
  
• 6+ years demonstrated knowledge in Data Warehousing concepts, architectures, design, and dimensional modeling.
  
• 5+ years in UNIX scripting, understanding of FTP standards/processes, and basic network principles.
  
• 5+ years of automation experience using scheduling software.
  
• Ability to interpret data models and mapping documents, prepare Technical Design Documents, design/develop EAI code, create unit test cases/data, perform unit testing, and resolve defects efficiently.
  
• Experience supporting project implementation and resolving production issues during project warranty and future maintenance.
  
• Strong oral and written communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with developers, analysts, QA, PMs, and business users.
  
• Self -driven, adaptable to enterprise standards, best practices, and critical processes.
  
• Working knowledge of Azure Pipelines and Azure Synapse.
  

• Experience with GitHub and writing GitHub Actions.
  
• Experience migrating BizTalk interfaces to Azure Service Bus/Logic Apps.
  
• Prior projects transitioning from on -premise BizTalk to cloud -based Azure Integration solutions.
  

• Strong analytical and problem -solving skills; able to gather, analyze, and communicate solutions to technical and non -technical stakeholders.
  
• Creative and adaptable in fast -paced, ambiguous environments.
  
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate with developers, project teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Technical leadership: mentor and guide junior developers, provide technical direction.
