We are looking for a highly strategic Senior Data Analyst who doesn't just pull numbers—you tell the story behind them. In this hands-on role, you will take full ownership of departmental and organizational reporting, build automated solutions from the ground up, and deliver actionable insights that directly shape leadership decisions.

What You’ll Own & Deliver

📊 Data Reporting & Strategic Insights

• Build & Optimize: Create and maintain robust reports across DOMO, BigQuery, and Google Sheets for both department-level and org-wide needs.


• Deep-Dive Analysis: Proactively uncover hidden trends, operational risks, and untapped business opportunities.


• Strategic Support: Fuel leadership planning through advanced data modeling, forecasting, and historical trend analysis.
  
  

📈 Dashboard Development & Mastery

• DOMO Expertise: Develop automated, highly interactive dashboards in DOMO (this is a must-have). Experience with Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau is a fantastic bonus!


• Scale & Align: Ensure all dashboards are reliable, scalable, and perfectly aligned with our core KPIs.
  
  

⚙️ Data Automation & Workflow Optimization

• Eliminate the Manual: Leverage BigQuery, Google Apps Script, Python, and SQL to automate repetitive reporting processes and maximize data efficiency.


• Pipeline Engineering: Build and enhance ETL workflows and API connections to guarantee data accuracy and real-time reporting capabilities.
  
  

🤝 Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner with Operations: Work lock-step with ops teams to understand their unique bottlenecks and deliver analytics that solve real problems.


• Lead the Conversation: Confidently facilitate meetings with key stakeholders, presenting your insights clearly to both deeply technical and non-technical audiences.
  
  

What You Bring to the Table

The Technical Stack:

• 2–3 years of hands-on programming experience in SQL and Python, specifically building automations or data workflows.


• 1–2 years of proven experience building dynamic dashboards in DOMO (Required).


• Strong proficiency in using Google Apps Script for automation and process optimization.


• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets (complex reporting, data transformations, and visualizations).


• Solid foundational knowledge of ETL concepts, APIs, and data pipeline logic.
