Your Mission

Join our growing sales team as a Sales Development Representative based in our Davao City office. In this call center role, you’ll be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, understanding their needs, and teeing up qualified opportunities for our closers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone calls to targeted prospects

• Qualify and assess leads through consultative conversations

• Set discovery calls for Account Executives

• Track call activity, feedback, and outcomes in the CRM

• Meet and exceed weekly call and lead generation targets

Ideal Candidate

• Prior call center or outbound sales experience is a plus

• Strong English fluency (verbal and written)

• Must be available to work on-site in Davao City

• Excellent phone presence and persuasive speaking skills

• Driven by KPIs, feedback, and a desire to win
