Position Overview
We’re looking for a Motion Graphic Producer – Project Manager who can bridge the gap between creative vision and project execution. This role requires someone who is highly organized, a confident communicator, and experienced in managing creative workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, designers, motion artists, and UI/UX teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients and internal creative teams (design, motion, and UI/UX)
- Act as a key liaison between clients, strategists, and creative teams to align expectations and project goals
- Use project management tools such as Asana and Monday.com to manage timelines, tasks, and team coordination
- Prepare and oversee detailed project plans, timelines, and specifications from initial brief through to final delivery
- Allocate and prioritize workloads effectively across creative teams, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Communicate clearly and professionally in all interactions, whether via email, on calls, or in meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude and a strong work ethic, consistently going the extra mile to drive success
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in project management roles within a creative, motion graphics, or design-focused environment
- Solid understanding of creative workflows and cross-functional collaboration between strategy, design, and production
- Advanced skills in using Asana and Monday.com for tracking progress, managing resources, and maintaining project visibility
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable for different audiences (clients, creative teams, and stakeholders)
- Self-motivated, dependable, and solution-oriented

- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4pm to 1am PHT (mid shift)
