About the Role

This pivotal On-Ground Events Coordinator role drives their growth through tangible output. They seek a self-starter adept at execution, not just instruction. Their innovative approach, exemplified by a co-founder proactively securing their first successful pop-up in a previously unutilized cafe in BGC, underscores the need for a similar drive to identify and cultivate unique opportunities. What You'll Do

• Venue Sourcing & Partnerships: Proactively research, identify, and engage potential venues for offline events, including bazaars, pop-ups, and private/VIP gatherings.

• Relationship Management & Negotiation: Initiate contact via email or social media, conduct site visits, and skillfully negotiate terms with venue owners and managers to secure event spaces.

• Event Coordination & Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of events, collaborating closely with internal sales, logistics, and inventory teams. Manage operational details, including ingress and egress arrangements.

• International Expansion (Advanced): Contribute to the organization of monthly overseas events. Opportunities for international travel may arise for advanced candidates.

What You Bring

• Exceptional Communication: Demonstrates superior business-to-business and business-to-customer communication skills.

• Relevant Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the related field.

• Feedback Receptiveness: Possesses the humility and receptiveness to integrate feedback from the co-founders.

• Entrepreneurial Acumen (Preferred): Experience as a business owner or freelancer, showcasing a proven ability to execute independently, is highly valued.

• Flexible Engagement: Available for an Independent Contractor

• Work Set-Up: Hybrid (Makati City)

• Work Schedule: Flexible 9:00am/10:00 am to 7:00 pm - Monday to Thursday, Saturday (Subject to change based on the event)
