Job Description - Project-Based HR Consultant HR Shared Services Implementation (3-Month Contract)

Location: Clark, Pampanga
Contract Duration: 3 Months (Project-Based)
Reports To: Lead Consultant / Project Manager




About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Project-Based HR Consultant to assist in the implementation of HR Shared Services for one of our clients. This role is ideal for someone with a background in Human Resources or Psychology, a solid understanding of HR processes, and a proven track record in supporting HR transformation projects.


You will work closely with our internal team and the client’s stakeholders to ensure the smooth rollout of the shared services model, focusing on process alignment, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.




Key Responsibilities



  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of HR Shared Services processes.

  • Collaborate with the lead consultant and client stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within timelines.

  • Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation of HR procedures.

  • Support change management initiatives to facilitate adoption of the new HR model.

  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for client HR teams.

  • Track project progress, identify risks, and recommend solutions to ensure milestones are achieved.

  • Provide insights based on HR best practices and employee engagement principles.




Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to HR Shared Services, HRIS implementation, or HR process improvement.

  • Strong understanding of core HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, employee relations).

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Experience in change management or HR transformation projects is a plus.
