Position Summary:

We are seeking a QA Analyst to ensure the quality and integrity of backend data and integration systems. This role focuses on manual testing of data and integrations, validating that source -to -target mappings are accurate, and ensuring system changes, enhancements, and new installations meet established standards. The QA Analyst will provide technical expertise in test planning, requirement analysis, and execution throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual testing of data and integration systems, comparing source and target data to verify mapping rules.
Run SQL queries, interfaces, and database scripts to validate test results.
Provide QA sign -off or defect reporting during Unit, Regression, System Integration, and Product Testing.
Create and maintain QA artifacts: test plans, scripts, approaches, detailed test conditions, and automation scripts.
Support UAT, post -implementation activities, and end -to -end QA efforts.
Mentor junior QA analysts and coordinate QA activities with project teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years QA testing experience, performing SQL scripting and manual backend data validation for integration and data systems.
Experience with BizTalk, ETL tools (e.g., DataStage), Azure, and Big Data platforms (Hadoop).
Knowledge of SDLC, risk analysis, and QA best practices.
Strong analytical, problem -solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and mentor others.

Nice to Have

Experience with automation testing tools and test automation processes.
