Job Description - R-105716 Subject Matter Expert (Internal)

About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to focus on Regulatory Testing,
Complaints Review, and Escalated Disputes. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance,
improving customer experience, and supporting continuous process improvement across key
operational areas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, dispute management,
and quality assurance standards, with an ability to identify trends, drive improvements, and ensure
high levels of decision accuracy.

Candidate Requirements

Must have maintained a 100% decision accuracy rate over the past 3 months.
Skilled and knowledgeable across all three major segments (EA, UT, & FT)
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and collaboration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
1+ years experience in Dispute Resolution.

Responsibilities

The Dispute Operational Excellence Specialist/Contractor will focus on the following task each day:

Analyze dispute cases, draw conclusions based on findings, and clearly summarize complex results
Responding to and managing dispute regulatory testing, legal escalations, and complaints with the highest degree of professionalism. Summarize case facts, dates, times, and decision summaries
Reviewing cases and decisions made to ensure accuracy, reversing decisions to “make it right” when appropriate. Present findings in an organized fashion using templates and internal tools.
Research and investigate escalated dispute issues promptly and provide a high-level overview of findings and recommendations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dispute services and procedures.
Support special projects and ad-hoc gap analysis requests, which may include supporting internal and external audits and due diligence requests
