The Events Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing operational logistics for virtual events globally. Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines are crucial for success.
The incumbent will be based in the Philippines and work a split US/PH shift in order to meet with the US-based internal team.

What you'll do
Project operations for a diverse calendar of global virtual events.
Simultaneously manage multiple event projects, including tasks, deadlines, and cross-functional communication.
Serve as the Cvent Webinar Super User, responsible for building event landing pages, registration pages, registrant communications, and uploading assets and pre-recorded videos.
Submit clear creative asset and video requests, ensuring effective communication with the Creative team regarding copy, graphics, edits, and other crucial details.
Develop copy for social media, paid advertisements, newsletters, and other promotional platforms, coordinating with relevant internal teams to guarantee successful promotion delivery.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event offerings.
Who you are
At least 3 years of experience in project operations management.
Previous virtual events experience and Cvent Webinar product certification preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills through various communication platforms including Slack, email, and over the phone.
Strong organizational and timeline management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Creative problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Must have a working laptop/pc and internet and back-up connection
Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
