On-call Psychologist

Position Overview:

We are looking for a licensed and empathetic Mental Health Consultant (Psychologist or Counselor) who will provide confidential one-on-one support to employees through scheduled consultations. The consultant will conduct sessions either in the office or virtually, based on employee preference. This role is part of our ongoing effort to provide accessible mental health resources and promote overall employee wellness.

Work Schedule and Arrangement:  Flexible schedule, up to 15 pre-booked sessions per month / Hybrid

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide confidential mental health consultations for employees
• Conduct sessions either onsite or online, depending on employee availability and comfort
• Coordinate with the HR team for scheduling and utilization reporting
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space for all employees
• Submit monthly summaries or feedback reports (excluding personal employee information)
• Offer general recommendations to support mental health awareness within the organization
• Conduct mental health awareness educational sessions once per month

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Psychologist or Guidance Counselor in the Philippines
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in clinical or workplace mental health support
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable facilitating sessions both virtually and face-to-face
• Demonstrates professionalism, empathy, and discretion at all times
• Open to working on a flexible and on-call basis
• Comfortable working with a diverse employee population
• Willing to collaborate with HR on wellness initiatives when needed
