You’ll Be...

• Providing excellent, friendly, and positive customer service via email
• Helping to enforce and ensure compliance with the Community Guidelines for one of the industry-leading dating apps 
• Helping customers solve problems with strong reading comprehension, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking 
• Savvy with web, computer, and smartphones 
• Able to work independently and collaboratively  
• Reporting discrepancies in processes to the Team Leads and upper management
• Assisting Team Leads with Safety & Compliance L1 questions via Slack
• Collaborating with Training and QA as necessary to provide shadowing and reverse shadowing to new hires 
• Assist Team Leads with monthly reports on demand 
• Collaborating directly with the Trust & Safety Team to escalate sensitive users’ concerns and requests for further investigation
   

What You Bring To The Table

• 1 year of experience in Content Moderation or Customer Support roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
• Strong work ethic and high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable making decisions with limited information available
• Experience moderating offensive and disturbing content is a plus 
• You’re culturally, socially, and politically aware and are a strong advocate for the LGBTQ+ community
