About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our in-office team in Davao City. You’ll be on the frontlines of our sales efforts, making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for our closing team. If you're ambitious, great on the phone, and excited to work in a structured call center setting—this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads using call scripts and CRM tools

• Qualify prospects through conversation and discovery

• Schedule appointments and hand off leads to Account Executives

• Follow-up consistently with potential customers via phone and email

• Log all activity and lead data accurately in the CRM

• Collaborate with your team to hit daily and weekly performance goals

Requirements

• Previous call center, telemarketing, or SDR experience preferred

• Excellent spoken English and confident communication skills

• Comfortable working full-time in-person in Davao City

• Goal-oriented, reliable, and energetic personality

• Able to multitask and follow processes in a fast-paced environment
